MARIANNE BINETTI is a northwest horticultural expert with a degree in horticulture from Washington State University. She is an award-winning columnist, and a radio and TV personality. Her syndicated gardening column runs in over a dozen newspapers each week. She lectures and gives seminars on a variety of topics and leads garden tours around the world. She lives with her family in Enumclaw, near Seattle.
