DR. SUE HAMILTON is an associate professor in the Plant Sciences Department at the University of Tennessee and the director of the University of Tennessee Gardens. She has written numerous gardening articles for various magazines and is a co-host of the weekly gardening talk-radio show The Garden Girls.
