Geoffrey Holroyd
GEOFFREY HOLROYD holds doctorate and masters degrees in ornithology. He is a research scientist with the Canadian Wildlife Service in Edmonton specializing in the migratory patterns of endangered bird species. He has done extensive research on the Western burrowing owl, including discovering that it winters as far south as Mexico. Dr. Holroyd also is heavily involved in research on the migratory patterns of peregrine falcons.
