Brad has served as executive chef at a number of leading restaurants, among them Edmonton’s acclaimed Hardware Grill, which he cofounded in 1996. The restaurant was ranked one of Canada’s top five restaurants by Enroute magazine. Brad has attended the Culinary Institute of America in California. He is a member of Cuisine Canada and of the Research Chefs Association.
