LOVONI WALKER is a food consultant who has contributed to more than 50 cookbooks and has styled food for magazines, advertising agencies, restaurants and television cooking shows. Walker emigrated from Australia three years ago, where she worked as a food stylist for the Australian Women's Weekly. She now owns her own company, which develops and tests recipes for catering services, restaurants and other food establishments. She continues to write and do food lay-outs for magazines and cookbooks as well as providing cooking demonstrations and teaching. She has a lengthy client list from across North America, including such firms as Gourmet Traveller, Jenny Craig and Sunset Publishing.
