Alan Jackson
alan_jackson Photo A.H. JACKSON has searched remote jungles for new orchid species, raised bananas in Ecuador, pioneered vanilla beans in New Guinea, and introduced Canadians to the tropical delights of passion fruit, guava, and cherimoya. Born into a family of food processors, he experienced the food business from harvest to table. Alan attended the University of Guelph, Leicester College and Clark University, and resides in Toronto with his wife, M.
